To bring it onto the Convention floor, you'll need to come up with some way of keeping it secured, via a zip-tie or such, to your person. A scabbard is the best way, but if you don't have a formal one, you'll need to get one or craft it. Our Safety Volunteers will be able to help you zip-tie it when you arrive.
